Welcome to Miramichi Water Adventures Inc. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or participating in a rental experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability.

Bookings may be made online through our secure booking platform or in person at our waterfront location.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

A damage deposit of **$1,000** is required prior to departure and may be paid by credit card or cash.

 

Rental Requirements

To operate a Sea-Doo, participants must:

* Be at least 19 years of age
* Present a valid physical driver's license
* Hold a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) or successfully complete our Temporary Boating License Checklist
* Complete all required rental agreements and liability waivers
* Participate in the mandatory safety orientation

Passengers must be at least **6 years of age**.

Miramichi Water Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who is considered unsafe to participate.

 

Safety

All participants are required to follow the instructions provided during the mandatory safety orientation.

Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water.

Failure to follow safety instructions, operating boundaries, navigation rules, or staff directions may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Damage & Responsibility

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, misuse, recovery costs, towing costs, cleaning costs, or repairs resulting from the rental period as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Damage deposits may be applied toward these costs.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

Customer cancellations made at least **24 hours before** the scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.

If Miramichi Water Adventures cancels a rental due to unsafe weather or water conditions, customers may choose to:

* Reschedule their booking (subject to availability), or
* Receive a full refund.

Website Information

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, Miramichi Water Adventures does not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, availability, or content are free from errors.

We reserve the right to update or correct information at any time without prior notice.

Personal Property

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Miramichi Water Adventures is not responsible for the loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property, including phones, cameras, sunglasses, wallets, keys, jewelry, or other personal items.

Photography

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional material should notify staff before departure.

Privacy

Personal information collected through our website and booking platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is securely processed through our third-party booking and payment providers.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
